These Thai sweets originated from Portugal. A Portuguese lady introduced eggs into the mixture of Thai sweets. She was Thao Thong Keeb Ma. She was the wife of Constantine Falcon. Constantine Falcon was the Portuguese advisor to King Narai, the Great of the Ayutthaya  Kingdom
