The art of making Thai sweets has many charms. One of the charms of tradition Thai sweets is their sweet smell. We used soak jusmine and the other aromatic flowers in water and used the water to make syrup. In the final stages of some preparation , we used fragrant flowers.

 Thai sweets are the important project “One Tumbon One Product”  OTOB.  They are supported by Thai goverment.
