เชื่อว่าเกิดจาก 2 ปัจจัย คือ

ปัจจัยภายในของสิ่งมีชีวิตเอง ซึ่งคงความเป็นกฎเกณฑ์เฉพาะตัว

เมื่อได้รับปัจจัยภายนอกจากสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา

ทำให้ร่างกายมีการปรับสภาพภายใน จนสามารถส่งทอดลักษณะการทำงานนั้นไปยังลูกหลาน

"เป็นการถ่ายทอดพันธุกรรม"
