Cri-du-chat

 

                   กลุ่มอาการคริดูชาต์ (Cri-du-chat syndrome) เกิดจากแขนโครโมโซมคู่ที่ 5 หายไป 1 โครโมโซม

ลักษณะที่พบ

                  คือ มีศีรษะเล็กกว่าปกติ หน้ากลม ใบหูต่ำกว่าปกติ ตาห่าง มีอาการปัญญาอ่อน ลักษณะที่เด่นชัดในกลุ่มอาการนี้คือ

มีเสียงร้องแหลมเล็กคล้ายเสียงแมวร้อง จึงเรียกกลุ่มอาการนี้อีกอย่างหนึ่งว่า Cat-cry-syndrome
