                The "ugly red wooden box" sounds correct, but the "wooden red ugly box" sounds wrong.

               Adjective (คำคุณศัพท์) คือคำที่ใช้ขยายหรือใช้ประกอบคำนามหรือคำสรรพนามเพื่อให้ข้อมูลบอกสภาพ ลักษณะ ของคำนามหรือคำสรรพนามนั้นๆ ให้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ( Adjectives are words that describe or modify another person or thing in the sentence. )

               The Articles — a,an, and the — are adjectives.

               ชนิดของคำ adjective 

               1. Proper Adjective -- Chinese , American, Indian , Thai 
               2. Descriptive Adjective แสดงคุณสมบัติ (quality)และสถานะ (state) ของสิ่งของต่างๆ -- young, yellow, wise,                                                   poor , industrious                                                                   
               3. Quantitive Adjective แสดงความมากน้อยของนามที่นับไม่ได้ (uncountable noun) -- some, half , little, much,
                                               enough                      
               4. Numeral Adjective    แสดงจำนวนมากน้อยของนามที่นับได้ (countable noun) หรือแสดงลำดับก่อนหลัง (order)
                                               ของคำนาม -- one, two, first, many, some 
               5. Demonstrative Adjective แสดงการชี้เฉพาะคำนาม บ่งให้เห็นคำนาม -- this, that, same, such, other 
               6. Distributive Adjective แสดงการแยกคำนาม หรือสรรพนาม -- each, either, every 
               7. Possessive Adjectivel แสดงความเป็นเจ้าของ -- my, your, his, her, our, its ,their
