อู่กรุงเทพ จำกัด สำนักงานสาขา อู่ราชนาวีมหิดลอดุลยเดชจำกัด จะได้ดำเนินการซ่อมทำเรือต่าง ๆ ให้กองทัพเรือแล้ว ยังมีโครงการที่บริษัท อู่กรุงเทพ จำกัด ได้ดำเนินการร่วมกับเอกชนหลายโครงการ </p>\n<p อู่กรุงเทพฯ ต้องนำเรือผ่านการจราจรทางน้ำที่แน่นหนาจากปากน้ำเจ้าพระยา</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">และต้องเสียเวลาที่สะพานกรุงเทพที่มีกำหนดเปิดเพียงสัปดาห์ละสองครั้ง เมื่อซ่อมเสร็จแล้วก็ต้องรอเวลาให้สะพานกรุงเทพเปิดจึงจะนำเรือออกไปสู่</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">อ่าวไทยได้ ปัญหาอีกประการหนึ่งที่เกี่ยวกับสถานที่ประกอบการของบริษัทคือ พื้นที่ใกล้เคียงกับบริษัทจัดเป็นพื้นที่ประเภทที่อยู่อาศัยหนาแน่นมาก</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">ทำให้บริษัทไม่สามารถดำเนินกิจการ อู่เรือได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
