Dear  Sir ,

               While  I  am  hardly  a  frequent  passenger , I  have  flown  with  your  airline  on  several  ......35.....  to  visit  members
of  my  family  in  S.E.  Asia.  On  my  most  recent  journey  I  had  a  most  irritating  .....36.....  which  I  feel  I  should  inform  you

               .....38.....  you  no  doubt  know , your  airline  presents  passengers  with  a  small  pouch  containing  a  toothbrush , a
tiny  tube  of  paste  and  a  pair  of  wooly  socks.  Thinking  that  I  would  make  use  of  these  items , I  went  to  the  bathroom.
.....39..... , on  squeezing  the  tube , the  paste  came  out  of  the  bottom  all  over  my  hand.  Initially  I  thought  I  had  been 
.....40.....  unlucky , but  the  second  and  the  third  tubes  the  flight  attendant  gave  me  were  equally  substandard.
               I  .....41.....  that  an  airline  of  your  fame  should  be  .....42.....  that  such  second  rate  goods  do  nothing  for  your  
reputation.
