1. Cut the 1/3 of the paper’s width

2. Fold it follow the dashed-line on both sides and spread out

3. Fold it back follow the dashed-line and spread out

4. Do the valley fold follow the old crinkle

5. Fold the lower-tip of 2 sides of triangle up to abut the top of the triangle

6. Fold it follow the dashed-line to the center

7. Cut follow the line from the top to the star point

8. Fold the top angle down

9. Fold down to the back follow the dashed-line

10. Fold it follow the dashed-line to be the 2 wings and cut the follow the line

11. Finish
